Shiu Hung Hui was born on November 4, 1948 in Hong Kong, British Crown Colony. He is an actor, known for Running Out of Time (1999), Hooked on You (2007) and The Duke of Mount Deer (1984). He has been married to Lung Yin-yi since 1992. They have one child.
