He was born in New Brunswick New Jersey but grew up on the Jersey Shore. He graduated from Villanova University with an Economics Degree and Communications Minor. He briefly worked at Oppenheimer & Co. on their foreign equity desk. His mother is of Greek and Ashkenazi Jewish descent. His full name is Vlasis Wally Parlapanides.
